Pelekas village

Pelekas Village is perched on the top of a hill, this typically Greek village is hip and trendy and famed for it’s colourful atmosphere. During the summer the village is bursting with life and local bands play live in the village square opposite the popular Zanzibar tavern. There’s a great choice of local tavernas up in the village serving traditional homecooked food and a very popular Pizzeria. Below the village is the stunning beach of Kontogialos with its sweeping bay of golden sands. There are some great tavernas along the beach and some fashionable bars with quality sun-loungers & parasols with waiter service. This area of Corfu really is a paradise, from the stunning beaches, turquoise seas and dramatic scenery.
